Easy Vegetable Casserole

1 pkg. California Blend vegetables
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can (28 oz.) French Fried Onion Rings

Cook vegetables. Layer in casserole dish: vegetables, water chestnuts, soup, and onion rings.
Bake at 300 degrees until warm.
