Frosted Cauliflower



1 head whole cauliflower

1/2 cup mayo
1/4 tsp. salt
1-2 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Place whole cauliflower in casserole with 2 TBSP water and cover with lid or plastic wrap. Cook on high in MW for 6-7 minutes per pound. Drain.

Combine mayo and mustard. Frost the head and put cheese on it. Cook on medium high in MW for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes.
May sprinkle with paprika.
