My kids LOVE these!!!
6 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
2 TBSP flour
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
2 TBSP shortening
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp ginger
1-3 oz. can French Fried onions
Coat chops with mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Brown in skillet in shortening. Place in 9 x 13 baking dish.
Combine soup, water and ginger. Pour over chops.
Sprinkle with 1/2 onions.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining onions. Return to oven for 10 more minutes, uncovered.
