Butter 2 qt. casserole
1 large can sliced peaches
1 large can sliced pears
1 large can chunked pineapple
1 can (1 lb. 4 oz.) pitted black cherries
1 cup sliced, frozen strawberries
2 bananas, sliced
1/3 cup oleo
3/4 cup brown sugar
16 oz. can applesauce
1/4 cup sliced almonds
3 TBSP brown sugar
Drain fruit and strawberries. Place in large bowl. Bring to boil butter and applesauce and 3/4 cup brown sugar. Pour over fruit. Refrigerate overnight.
One hour before serving, add sliced bananas and pour into baking dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with 3 TBSP brown sugar and almonds. Bake15 minutes more. Serve HOT!
