Lemon Chicken Kabobs

*Meat may be frozen in marinade for later use!

4 chicken breasts
4 TBSP lemon juice
3 tsp. white wine
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup cooking oil
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
dash of garlic powder

Cube chicken and thread onto skewers. Place in 9 x 13 dish. In medium bowl, combine other ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours rotating skewers occasionally. Drain just before grilling. Grill over hot coals 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve with wild rice.
