4 pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
2 pts. (4 cups) sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
Beat all ingreadients for 15 minutes. Pour into graham cracker crust* which has been baked 8 minutes at 350° and cooled. Bake 60-75 minutes then turn off heat let stand in oven 45 minutes more. DO NOT open oven door. It MUST be CLOSED at all times. Refrigerate 6-8 hours. Top with fruit, if desired.
*Graham Cracker Crust:
1 pkg. graham crackers
1 stick butter, melted
2 TBSP sugar
Mix and bake in spring form pan.
