Brunch Omelet



From Allison Brunes in Minnesota


Serves 12


8 slices bread, cubed

1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1-1/2 pounds bulk sausage, brown slightly and drain


Grease 9 x 13 pan. Put cubed bread in bottom, then sausage, then cheese.


Beat 12 eggs, 1-1/4 cup milk, 3/4 tsp. dry mustard and pour over ingredients in pan and refrigerate overnight.


Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 cup milk. Pour over ingredients in pan.


Bake at 300 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
