Salsa

From Mary Leah

Makes 4-5 qts.

12 oz. can tomato paste
1/2 cup vinegar
1 TBSP salt
1 TBSP black pepper
1 TBSP garlic powder
1 TBSP parsley flakes
3 medium onions, chopped
2-4 green peppers, chopped
2 jalepenos (without seeds), chopped - HANDLE WITH CARE! Don't touch eyes!!!
8-10 cups tomatoes, peeled and chopped

Put all ingredients on stove and bring to a rolling boil. Then simmer for 1-1/2 hours. (With about 15 minutes lift to simmer, add 2-3 cups chopped celery.
Put in boiled jars - no need to process.
