Sourdough Orange-Cinnamon Rolls

Serves 12

Combine:
2 cups self rising flour
3/4 cup sourdough starter
2/3 cup buttermilk

Turn onto floured surface. Knead 15 times. Roll to a 12 inch square. Brush with 3 TBSP. melted butter.

Combine:
1/2 cup sugar
1 TBSP orange peel
2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Sprinkle over dough. Roll up jelly roll style, seal. Cut into 12 inch slices. Place in 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Brush with melted butter.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Turn onto rack.

Mix:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 - 2 TBSP milk

Drizzle over rolls.
