Swiss-Ham Ring Around

1 TBSP butter, softened
2 TBSP Dijon mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 TBSP chopped onion
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Swiss cheese
1 cup ham
1 cup broccoli, cooked
1 pkg. refrigerated Crescent rolls
1 small tomato and 1 small olive, for garnish, optional

Mix the butter, mustard, and lemon juice. Add chopped onion and parsley to the mixture. Shred cheese, chop ham and broccoli, then add to the mixture. Mix gently.

On 13" baking stone (or cookie sheet), arrange crescent triangles ina circle with bases overlapping, leaving a circle of about 3" diameter inside. (Points go to the outside.) Spoon about 1/3 cup filling per triangle over bases. Fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under bases at the center.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and garnish with tomato sections and olive slices, if desired. Serves 6-8.
