1 egg white
1 TBSP soy sauce
1 TBSP corn starch
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut in 1/4 inch strips
Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sherry wine
1/2 tsp. ginger
1-1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
4 cups broccoli
1 cup walnuts
1/4 cup green onions, optional
Mix egg white and soy sauce, corn starch and ginger in bowl. Add chicken until coated.
Heat oil (2 TBSP) on high in large skillet. Add broccoli and stir 1-2 minutes. Transfer to large bowl.
Add oil (2 TBSP) to skillet and heat at moderate heat. Add chicken and cook 4-5 minutes. Stir constantly. Add broccoli, walnuts and sauce. Stir to thicken. Add green onions.
