4-6 flour tortillas, cut in small squares
2 cups cheddar cheese
3 cooked chicken breasts, chopped
Sauce:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup salsa or taco sauce (my family likes MILD)
1 cup chicken broth
Mix together for cream mixture.
1. Cover bottom of 9 x 9 dish with part of sauce.
2. Layer tortilla pieces on sauce.
3. Layer chicken pieces on tortillas.
4. Cover and coat chicken pieces with sauce.
5. Put shredded cheese on that.
Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
If it seems dry, add more broth and salsa and sprinkle with extra cheese.
Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
Serve with sour cream.
