1 can Black Beans
1 can Corn (or fresh grilled corn on the cob can be used)
1/2 chopped onion
1 large tomato (or 2 Roma tomatoes)
4 oz chopped chilies
salt, pepper, chopped cilantro - to taste
Optional - 4-5 shakes hot sauce (tabasco)
Mix all together and serve with tortilla chips.
