Fruit and Yogurt Popsicles

1 cup cold water
1 cup frozen fruit (anything you like; strawberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple)
1 banana
6 oz fruit flavored non fat Greek Yogurt
1. Blend all ingredients in your blender.
2. Pour into molds.
3. Freeze until completely frozen.
4. Gently dip bottom of mold in warm water to loosen popsicles.
